Work early in the AM & need something to kick your mood into high gear? We’ve got you covered with sweat-fueled, energy-packed sessions that’ll leave you grinning (& maybe groaning) at how fun a bodyweight only workout can be.

Every workout is like a party for your heart lol...it's bodyweight but the juggernaut way.

CLASS TIME:

5:30 AM!

Look, I love lifting weights...but the shit can be draining.

The bodyweight Power Hr is gonna leave you feelign energized & guranteed to make your work day more enjoyable.

DIFFICULTY:

I'd say that this workout is perfect for total newbies who want to start getting their sweat on without being overly beaten up by heavy weights.

Bodyweight can be tough, but the movements are easy to understand & scalable.

LENGTH:

30-45 minutes per session.

It really just depends on your own personal conditing.

Every workout can be done at about 45 minutes but if you're just starting off it may take 1 hr to allow for more rest (or if you're a badass, it could probably de done in 30)

BRUTE: STRENGH/CONDITIONING

A no-nonsense, old-school inspired class where raw power is the focus. We cut out the bullshit & double down on the fundamentals: heavy squats, deadlifts, presses, pulls, etc. This is where you come to build serious muscle & strength, using tried-and-true lifting principles that get real results.

BRUTE is about pushing your limits, embracing the grind, & walking out stronger than you walked in.

CLASS TIME:

5:30 PM!

If you need to let out some aggression after picking up the kids from school or clocking out of a long day...

This is the FKN Time to come into the gym, go hard AF, then go home to.

DIFFICULTY:

Intermediate to Advanced

Designed for those with lifting experience, BRUTE demands focus, technique, & a relentless drive to get stronger.

This class is built for serious lifters.

LENGTH:

60-90 minutes per session.

This will allow for the heavy lifting & recovery between sets, ensuring you can maximize strength without rushing.
