You can't beat hard FKN work. Many people have tried...the 10 minute abs, the scared to "overtrain" crowd, the overly scientific theories from weak minded "coaches" with no gains to show & even less strength...

If you want that, or if you think your TOO OLD to train hard then reach out to me & I can give you the number to about 3 or 4 gyms in the area. (of course you'll remain weak but at least you can "do it forever"...as if doing something to the bare minimum is really DOING anything at all.

The TRUTH is...you aren't TOO OLD, you aren't TOO OVERWEIGHT, & you aren't TOO LATE (hey that rhymed)....

In 6 months to 1 year you can become a completely different person, regardless of age, gender, or of how big & out of shape you think you are!

But you have to make a FKN choice, right now, today to become a different person. You can't make excuses for your age, your kids, your lack of time...someone out there has done it...so that means you can too!
